Rev19, LLC, a Southlake, TX-based payments solution company, announced the acquisitions of Royal Merchants Services (“RMS”), a nationally recognized provider of integrated payment solutions, and ValuPlus Merchants Association (“ValuPlus”), a long-standing payment solutions provider. Through this acquisition, existing Royal Merchant Services and ValuPlus merchants can expect improved customer service, while benefiting from a wider array of products and services offered by Rev19, LLC.
These acquisitions enable Rev19 to add to its growing merchant base, while gaining a valuable footprint throughout Colorado. Rev19 CEO Corey Young stated, “We are very excited about these acquisitions. Not only are we getting two strong, well-performing portfolios, but this also allows us to expand Rev19 into Colorado, and this was one area we had targeted from the beginning.”
Based in Denver, ValuPlus Merchants Association (ValuPlus) has been considered a “best value” merchant services provider for credit card processing. The privately-owned company offers more value at lower prices to businesses throughout the United States. “We are ecstatic about this acquisition,” said Corey Young, CEO at Rev19. “ValuPlus has been an industry staple for more than 20 years and is known for its high level of customer service. It is these traits that made this acquisition a strategic fit for us.”
Also based in Denver, Royal Merchant Services (RMS) has been a customer-first merchant services provider for nearly 30 years. The acquisition of RMS adds yet another service-centric, high performing business to Rev19’s growing portfolio. “We built this business to offer the best products to small and local businesses,” said Ken Ramsharan, founder of RMS. “With access to Rev19’s enterprise-level technology and customer support, we will continue to effectively serve our customers by providing access to best-in-class payments, products, and technology services.”
