We recommend the following batch times for Next Day, Same Day and Standard

 8:30pm EST, 7:30pm CST, 6:30pm MST, 5:30pm PST

If the batch of the day is still open, you can void a transaction unless it is a debit transaction. If you have already batched out the transaction, you will need to refund the transaction.

You can only void transactions that have the open or the uncollectible status. This feature is available for both one-off and recurring transactions. Voided transactions cannot be reopened.

The username for your IRIS account is BLANK that was used to register the account. Check your inbox for any IRIS emails to confirm the email address you signed up with.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it at BLANK.
