You can get a quick report on your historical transactions, payments, and payouts by exporting information from your Merchant Statements.
We recommend the following batch times for Next Day, Same Day and Standard
8:30pm EST, 7:30pm CST, 6:30pm MST, 5:30pm PST
If the batch of the day is still open, you can void a transaction unless it is a debit transaction. If you have already batched out the transaction, you will need to refund the transaction.
You can only void transactions that have the open or the uncollectible status. This feature is available for both one-off and recurring transactions. Voided transactions cannot be reopened.
